In 2024, Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) is celebrating 50 years of service to the water community.
Organized in 1974 as Vaughn Hansen Associates by Vaughn E. Hansen, founder of the Utah Water Research Laboratory, the consulting firm grew to meet the water resources engineering needs of the Intermountain West. The firm later became Hansen, Allen & Luce to reflect a change in management to David Hansen, Marv Allen, and Bill Luce. In 2021, Steve Jones, Gordon Jones, and Tyler Allen became the new corporate leadership.
Our firm continues to thrive thanks to strong relationships with our many clients.
