Environmental Engineer
Tyler is a Civil Engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL). His professional experience includes a variety of projects related to the planning and design of municipal drinking water, pressurized irrigation, and wastewater systems. He is proficient in using hydraulic modeling software, including EPANET 2.0, InfoWater Pro, Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis, and KyPipe Pipe2022: Surge. Additionally, Tyler is proficient in GIS software, including ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro. He has shared his experience with HAL by preparing an extensive training course for the company to help train new and experienced engineers in GIS.
He enjoys working with water rights, water treatment, computer modeling, and computer programming. Tyler previously worked as an intern in Northern California, preventing aquatic invasive species (zebra and quagga mussels) from entering Lake Berryessa. He enjoys spending his spare time outdoors. Tyler’s favorite activities include snowboarding, hiking, rock climbing, cycling, and slack-lining. Tyler received his M.Eng. and B.S. degrees in Environmental Engineering from Utah State University.
