Civil & Environmental Engineer
Sophia Reyes is a Project Engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) and an integral part of HAL’s stormwater management, groundwater management, and water rights teams. She brings experience in a variety of projects, always focusing on win-win solutions and the best outcomes for each project. She received her B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah.
