Environmental Scientist
Ryal Baldwin joined Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) in May 2025 to work with the environmental team. He quickly went to work on several important projects for our clients. Originally from Wyoming, Ryal moved to Utah in May 2025 to pursue his career goals in drafting technology. He brings technical skills that include mapping and analyzing engineering concepts. He currently attends Northwest College.
