Mr. Griggs is a Civil and Environmental Engineering Project Manager at Hansen, Allen & Luce, Inc. (HAL). He has 6 years of professional experience in a variety of projects related to the planning, design, and operation of municipal drinking and secondary water systems, both large and small. He is proficient in using hydraulic modeling software, including EPANET 2.0 and InfoWater, to develop master plans, review development, and come up with innovative ways to save energy and cost. He earned a B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah, and an M.Eng. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in Hydraulics and Fluid Mechanics at Utah State University.
