Environmental Scientist
Morgan is a Geologist at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL). Her professional experience includes a variety of projects related to environmental consulting, reporting, and technical field work. Her experience includes a variety of projects in solid and hazardous waste, regulatory and environmental compliance, and contamination characterization studies. Morgan is proficient in multimedia sampling, evaluation of soil and water quality data, hydrogeologic evaluations, landfill gas collection system monitoring and tuning, and reporting. Her technical field work experience involves communicating with contactors and conducting construction oversight on multiple projects, including oversight of installation and Quality Assurance testing of compacted clay liner, geocomposite drainage net, drainage piping, and over 500,000 square feet of geosynthetic clay liner and 60 mil HDPE liner. She has also overseen drilling activities for geotechnical, environmental, and water resource projects and served as the field lead for multiple field operations.
Morgan received her B.S. in Geology from Utah State University. In her spare time, Morgan enjoys watching Yankees baseball, spending time outdoors, and traveling to visit family.
