Mr. Chambers is a Principal and Project Manager at Hansen, Allen & Luce, Inc. (HAL). He has 29 years of experience in the design and management of water related engineering studies and design projects. Mike’s professional experience has focused on water and wastewater engineering projects including the evaluation and design of large diameter pressure and gravity pipelines, water storage tanks, well houses, pumping facilities, spring development, river diversions, and regulatory compliance. Projects have included irrigation, drinking water, secondary water, wastewater, and groundwater studies and designs. He currently serves as a board member of the North Utah County Water Conservancy District. Mike earned B.S.C.E. and M.S. degrees from Brigham Young University.
