Civil & Environmental Engineer
Megan is a Project Engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL), specializing in system modeling and master planning for drinking water, secondary water, and wastewater systems.
Her primary focus lies in developing and applying system models to evaluate infrastructure performance, identify constraints, and support strategic planning efforts. Her experience includes working with municipalities to evaluate water use patterns, forecast demands, and develop strategies that balance growth with sustainability. She is driven by a passion for solving complex challenges that enhance quality of life and protect vital water resources.
Megan earned her B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with honors from the University of Utah. Outside of work she enjoys reading, running, pickleball, and spending time with her family.
