Civil Engineer
Matt is a Project Engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) specializing in municipal water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure. Before joining HAL, Matt worked for a municipal water and sewer system where he gained hands-on experience operating and maintaining treatment plants, pump stations, wells, and distribution and collection systems. That experience gives him an increased understanding of how water systems work and what clients need from their engineering team. At HAL he applies that background to municipal infrastructure design and owner representation during construction. Matt also has experience delivering planning and modeling projects with an emphasis on water conservation and reuse.
