Mark is a Project Manager at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) and a registered Professional Engineer in Utah. Mark has focused 33 years of engineering on water resource projects. His expertise includes the development, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of water resource projects. Mark’s project experience includes wells, pump stations, storage tanks, pipelines, and treatment plants. His work has addressed the needs for drinking water, pressurized irrigation, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, and wastewater reuse.
Mark has considerable experience in drinking water systems, including demand evaluation and long-range planning. His experience includes in-depth expertise in the planning, design, and construction management of municipal and private water infrastructure projects. Mark received his M.S. degree in Civil Engineering, with an emphasis in Water Resources, from Utah State University and his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University.
