Katie is a Civil and Environmental Engineering Project Manager at HAL with more than two decades of experience.
Katie’s experience includes hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, studies and designs, municipal water system modeling, transportation engineering and environmental studies, and commercial site design. She has experience with utility conflict investigations, right of way research and document preparation, subdivision review, and master planning and feasibility studies.
Katie received her B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University.
