Civil & Environmental Engineer
Joshua Thompson is a project engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce. He is a recent graduate from the University of Utah, earning his BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering. During his coursework, he solved open channel problems and modeled a river system using HEC-RAS and hydraulics knowledge as part of a group project. He also worked as a civil engineering tutor, guiding all grade levels in the University’s Tutoring Center. In June 2025, he joined HAL as a full-time project engineer.
