Civil & Environmental Engineer
Joshua is a Civil and Environmental Engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL).
As a registered Professional Engineer in Utah, his professional focus involves solid waste management, environmental protection, permitting, and water use and planning. Joshua specializes in water quality and environmental science, knowledge of analytical methods of water quality, and statistical analysis and interpretation of water quality data. He worked for four years at the Utah Water Research Laboratory in environmental quality research and analysis.
In his spare time, Joshua plays handbells, collects minerals, explores national parks, and skis. Joshua received his M.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering with a thesis in biogeochemistry of plant/soil systems and his B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University.
