Civil & Environmental Engineer
Jason is a Civil and Environmental Engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL). Jason’s professional focus is on the planning, design, and operation of municipal drinking water and wastewater systems. He uses hydraulic and hydrologic modeling software to develop master plans and review proposed commercial/residential developments. He is proficient in using ArcGIS, AutoCAD Storm and Sanitary Analysis, EPANET, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS. Jason received his M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering with an emphasis in Water Resources from Brigham Young University.
