Civil & Environmental Engineer
Jade Fisher is a project engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL). She graduated from the University of Utah, earning a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering. Jade interned at HAL for a year prior to accepting a full-time position in 2025. Now she works with the Environmental Services team gaining experience in environmental compliance and technical field work as a Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) technician in the solid and hazardous waste industry. As a CQA technician, she gained hands-on experience in compacted clay liners and ensured project requirements were met during the installation of a 16-acre multi-layer geosynthetic liner system. In her free time, Jade enjoys running, going to concerts, and spending time outdoors with her family and friends.
