Gordon has 35 years of experience, in both the public and private sectors, working on general municipal engineering, with specialties in hydrology/runoff, impact fees, water rights, geometric design of streets, master planning and design of gravity and pressurized drinking and irrigation water systems, storm drain systems, and wastewater systems.  He has assisted several cities with development review and revisions to their engineering standards, focusing on review process efficiency and liability avoidance.

Gordon received B.S. and M.E.M. degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management from Brigham Young University. He enjoys activities with his wife and six children exercising, riding horses, coaching wrestling, camping, shooting, and hunting.
