Gordon is a Civil and Environmental Engineering Project Manager at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL). He has 35 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. His professional focus is on general municipal engineering, with specialties in hydrology/runoff, impact fees, water rights, geometric design of streets, master planning, and design of gravity and pressurized drinking and irrigation water systems, storm drain systems, and wastewater systems.

Gordon has assisted several cities with development review and revisions to their engineering standards, focusing on review process efficiency and liability avoidance. Gordon received his M.E.M. and B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management from Brigham Young University. He enjoys activities with his wife and six children, exercising, riding horses, coaching wrestling, camping, shooting, and hunting.
