Garrick is a Civil and Environmental Engineering Project Manager at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL). Previous projects include the design of roadways, storm drains, water and wastewater pipelines, water storage tanks, and water storage ponds. He uses many design programs, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Storm and Sanitary, MicroStation, InRoads Storm and Sanitary, and ArcGIS. Garrick received his M.E. and B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University, with an emphasis in Hydraulics and Fluid Mechanics.
