Civil Engineer

Enoch is a Civil Engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL), experienced in ArcMap, ArcGIS Pro, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, EPANET and other hydraulic and hydrologic modeling programs. Enoch’s responsibilities include creating and maintaining GIS maps, databases, and standards; creating and maintaining hydraulic models; performing large data analysis; and providing engineering assistance on a variety of projects. Enoch’s professional focus is in the areas of hydraulic, hydrologic, and groundwater modeling and master planning. He has made substantial contributions to a number of drinking water, irrigation water, wastewater, and stormwater master plans.
Enoch received M.S. and B.S. degrees in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University. He was also a research assistant in the Hydroinformatics Lab. While there, he developed custom hydrologic and meteorological web applications for developing countries.
