Bob is a Construction Inspector and CAD Draftsman at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL). Bob’s expertise is in construction inspection and drafting. He has 26 years of personnel safety management (PSM). Bob’s responsibilities include drafting designs and overseeing that contractors maintain the specifications outlined during construction. Bob coordinates all changes noted in the field between the client and design engineer during construction inspection and sees that conflicts are resolved within the parameters of intent vs. implementation. Bob ensures that record drawings are submitted to the client to establish final quality control and verification of job closeout.
