- Mr. Miner has been serving the engineering needs of municipal, industrial, and agricultural clients since 1997. He specializes in culinary water, sewer and irrigation systems evaluation and design and in regulatory issues. Mr. Miner also has considerable experience in groundwater and surface water hydrology, water wells, water and wastewater system modeling and master planning, hydraulics, land development planning, floodplain management, dam break analyses and permitting. Mr. Miner has recently designed pump stations, pipelines, water storage tanks, valve stations, hydraulic transient surge tanks, and meter stations. Mr. Miner has a BS in Civil Engineering from Utah State University and a Master of Public Administration degree from the University of Utah. He lives along the Wasatch Back and enjoys hiking mountain watersheds with his family.
