Three new employees for Spring 2023

Sam Carter (left) joins HAL as a geologist with three years of environmental services experience. Sam earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Geoscience from the University of Utah and is currently working on his Master of Science, specializing in groundwater and environmental chemistry. In his spare time, Sam enjoys backcountry skiing, rollerblading, and playing the guitar around the campfire.

Kathryn Floor (center) received her Master of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of California, Riverside, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from California State University, Monterey Bay. Joining our HAL team in February, she brings five years of project experience in environmental planning and compliance, including the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) oversight. In her spare time, Kathryn enjoys trail running, skiing, fishing, cooking, and traveling.

Enoch Jones (right) is a civil engineer supporting a variety of water projects including water modeling and the design and operation of municipal and secondary water systems at HAL. He received his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University. In his spare time Enoch enjoys playing the bagpipes, ballroom dancing, web development, and gardening.
