Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) CEO Steve Jones has received an award for outstanding service to the Utah water resources community. The award was presented by the American Water Resources Association, Utah Chapter, at the association’s spring conference held May 20 at the University of Utah. The award recognizes Steve’s contributions from the private sector.
