HAL engineer Jason Bradford and his grandfather, Kay Bradford, are the subject of a recent article in the San Juan Record.
Kay helped construct the Blanding Water Tunnel in the 1950s. Jason, “the next Bradford generation picking up where the other left off,” is now working on another water pipeline in the same area.
