Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) provided design services for the closure of Cell Z at the Clean Harbors Grassy Mountain Facility. Construction is nearly complete and HAL is providing ongoing Construction Quality Assurance and construction management services as our friends at Broken Arrow Construction and Texas Environmental Plastics complete the work.
