HAL welcomes five new faces to the team

We are pleased to announce the addition of five new employees to Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL), pictured from left:

Mark Atencio, P.E., has focused 28 years of engineering on water and sewer projects. He brings in-depth expertise in the planning, design, and construction management of municipal and private water infrastructure projects. Mark enjoys being physically active and can often be found working on his third shot drop at the local rec center.

Roy McDaniel, P.E., has been a water resources manager for a large international organization, managing the compliance of several hundred public drinking water systems and a large water rights portfolio across the United States and Canada. He brings 22 years of experience as a water resources manager. Roy enjoys swimming, being outdoors, and spending time with his family.

Greg Thomas, P.E., joins HAL with 23 years of experience in the design and analysis of water conveyance systems as well as project management. He loves developing solutions in the challenging environs of water conveyance facilities. Greg enjoys exploring the beautiful waterways of Utah carrying a flyrod.

Jason Biesinger, a former HAL intern, joins us full time to support various projects. Jason recently graduated with a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Brigham Young University. He enjoys snowboarding and loves to travel.

Tom Bautista joins HAL with experience in the design of water and sewer lines. He is a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a degree in environmental engineering and will support a variety of water projects. He enjoys hiking and playing board games.
