We are pleased to announce that Delmas Johnson, PE has rejoined Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL).
Delmas W. Johnson, PE joins HAL as a Project Manager. Delmas has 30 years of experience in water resource studies, planning, design, permitting, construction, and operation of public and private drinking water and wastewater systems. His professional strengths lie in water rights and policy, groundwater, water source development and in working collaboratively with people.
He is an active member of the American Water Works Association (AWWA) for nearly 20 years and currently serves on the Intermountain Section Board. Delmas enjoys spending time with his family, participating in BYU athletic events, serving others in the community, finding joy in his friendships and associations, and preserving his roots in the Bear Lake valley. Delmas also finds fulfillment in golfing, cycling, pickleball and playing the piano.
