Hansen, Allen & Luce welcomed four new employees this summer, pictured from left to right:
Riley Bramwell, an intern in 2023, has now joined HAL full time. Riley is a recent graduate from North Carolina State University receiving a BS in Aerospace Engineering in May 2024. Riley brings a unique background with federal funding opportunities, working as a liaison for tribal members of the Northwestern Band of the Shoshone Nation and the NWBSN housing board. Riley will be working on the Wuda Ogwa project and other projects around Utah. In his spare time, he likes to cook, fish, and spend time with family.
Morgan Wilkins joined HAL as an environmental scientist. Morgan received a BS in Geology from Utah State University in May 2024. She brings hands-on experience in structural geology, sedimentary and stratigraphic work, petrology, and minerology. While interning at a Florida steel manufacturer, she performed air and water quality testing and analyzed chemical storage for a variety of environmental projects. Morgan joins HAL’s Environmental Services Department under the direction of Andrew Alvaro. Morgan is an avid sports fan and loves watching Yankees baseball. She likes to travel, be outdoors, and hang out with her family and friends.
Kory West joined the HAL team as an environmental scientist. He brings over 17 years of experience in subsurface data collection and analysis, aquifer characterization, and mineral exploration. Kory has honed his skills as a geoscientist working with industry experts, allowing him to work closely with a wide range of private and public sector clients. When not at work, Kory enjoys skiing in the winter and spending quality time outdoors with his family in the summer.
George Leatham brings valuable experience and insight related to municipal engineering. For over twenty years George served as an Assistant Public Works Director. Now retired from the City of Saratoga Springs, he will start his second career at HAL as Senior Field Technician. George enjoys the great outdoors and plans to spend as much time as he can playing in it.
Additionally, HAL appreciates Jade Fisher, Emily Golitzin, and Ethan Youngberg who interned at HAL for the 2024 Summer.
