HAL hires Tim Newell, PLS, RLA, as surveying manager

Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) welcomes Tim Newell, PLS, RLA, as Surveying Manager.

Tim is a versatile land development professional with 14 years of experience in recreational, residential, industrial, and commercial sites. Tim received a bachelor’s degree in Environmental & Behavioral Studies from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from Utah State University. He is a Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Landscape Architect in Utah.

Additionally, Tim has obtained a Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification and enjoys cooking, road trips, and projects with small electronics.
