Gordon Miner, MEM, PE, joins HAL

Gordon brings 35 years of experience, in both the public and private sectors, working on general municipal engineering, with specialties in hydrology, impact fees, water rights, street design, master planning, and design of gravity and pressurized drinking and irrigation water, storm drain, and wastewater systems. He has assisted several cities with development review and revisions to their engineering standards, focusing on review process efficiency and liability avoidance.

Mr. Miner received B.S. and M.E.M. degrees in Civil Engineering and Engineering Management from Brigham Young University. With his wife and six children he enjoys many activities: exercising, riding horses, coaching wrestling, camping, shooting, and hunting.
