We are pleased to announce that Andrew J. Alvaro has joined Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) as Environmental Services Director.
Andrew brings 18 years’ experience of environmental consulting services for private, municipal, state, and federal clients. His experience includes environmental due diligence under CERCLA, site characterization and remediation, multi-media sampling, solid waste permitting and compliance, landfill gas collection system design, and operations and maintenance. He is an active member of the ITRC Microplastic and PFAS teams and the Solid Waste Association of North America (SWANA), where he currently serves as the Private Sector Director for the Utah Chapter.
Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, biking, fishing, and playing the guitar.
