Dave is a Managing Professional at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL). He has 35 years of experience primarily in the public sector. His professional focus is on general municipal engineering, with specialties in water resources planning and management, hydrology/runoff, water rights, geometric design of streets, infrastructure analysis and master planning, impact fees, and the planning and design of gravity and pressurized drinking and irrigation water systems, storm drain systems, and wastewater systems.
Dave has assisted with several projects related to water master planning, water rights, and project development and management. Dave received his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah. He enjoys many outdoor activities with his family including camping, hiking, and canoeing. Together, they also play soccer, volleyball, biking, running, and hockey.
