Civil & Environmental Engineer
Anna is a Project Engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) specializing in stormwater projects with a focus on resilience.
As an ISI Envision Sustainability Professional, she is trained to holistically evaluate project impacts. Her background in design and planning makes her an integral part of HAL’s planning and modeling team. Her project experience includes advanced grading and drainage analysis, hydrologic modeling, and open channel flow/hydraulic modeling. Anna uses multiple types of software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, HEC-RAS, and GIS.
Anna received her B.S. degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Utah. Anna continues to be an active voice in the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). She is currently serving as the Utah Section Past-President as well as a Western Representative for the national Committee on Younger Members. The Utah Section recognized her as the Fresh Face of the Year in 2021 and ASCE recognized her as a national Professional New Face of Civil Engineering in 2026.
