Chief Administrative Officer
Laura Moyer serves as Chief Administrative Officer at Hansen, Allen & Luce. She oversees the firm’s administrative operations, including human resources, accounting, policy administration, and compliance. She has over ten years of experience in management, along with a well-rounded perspective shaped by a diverse professional background. Laura is committed to strengthening the human side of engineering and supporting HAL’s mission to serve both the water community and the employees who make that work possible.
Laura earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah and her Master of Accountancy from the University of Scranton. Outside of work, she enjoys supporting the arts and regularly attends musicals, concerts, and other live events with her family.
