Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL) has welcomed three new employees since April. We are pleased to have them join our firm.
Bob Chandler, a 22-year Army veteran, is providing drafting and field services. He earned a degree in engineering design and drafting technology from SLCC.
Kayson Shurtz, P.E., joins us from WEST Consultants in Sacramento. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from BYU and has five years of experience focused on hydrologic and hydraulic computer modeling of large-scale reservoir systems.
Alex Narteh is a Ghana native and recent BYU master’s degree graduate. He enjoys soccer and comes with a combination of civil and chemical engineering experience.
