Mr. Jacobson is a Designer/Drafter at Hansen, Allen & Luce, Inc. (HAL). He has 25+ years of combined experience in AutoCAD 2D/3D design for projects involving water, sewer, storm drain, and utilities. He has hands-on experience drafting diverse projects that include concrete foundation and details drawings for commercial and residential developments, parking lots, pedestrian trails and golf courses, city and state road projects, designing civil plan & profile, grading, drainage and excavation drawings.
