Civil & Environmental Engineer
Mr. Nielsen is a Civil and Environmental Engineer at Hansen, Allen & Luce. Inc. (HAL) with 6 years of experience in a variety of projects related to drinking water well design, construction, and protection. Jacob has experience modeling groundwater flow using WhAEM and AqteSOLV software. He is proficient using ArcGIS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Storm and Sanitary Analysis, EPANET, and EPANET-SWMM. Jacob has direct experience in sewer master plan development. His experience includes topographically surveying an entire sewer and storm drain network for the city of Emmett, Idaho, using the data to develop a sewer master plan for the city.
