HAL’s Steven C. Jones and Robert B. Sowby contributed a feature article to the May 2014 issue of Water Environment & Technology. The article, “Master Planning Your Water System: Five Benefits and a Case Study,” describes the master planning process and how it helps clients, using HAL’s drinking water master plan for Spanish Fork City as a case study. The magazine is a publication of the Water Environment Federation.
