Bill Luce, a former principal at Hansen, Allen & Luce (HAL), received a lifetime achievement recognition from the Water Environment Association of Utah (WEAU) at its recent annual conference. Mr. Luce has served on numerous boards and made many meaningful contributions to Utah’s water and wastewater industries during his career. He retired from HAL in 2012.
